Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We take great pride in creating fresh, high-quality products just for you. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All sales are final.

What if my product is defective or damaged?

While we carefully inspect each item before it ships, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email us at info@byrdhousebeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you.

What if an item is missing from my order?

If something is missing, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly. Pictures may be requested for our records.

Do you offer protection for lost or stolen packages?

Yes! At checkout, you can add Route Package Protection for a small fee. This covers lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, simply file a claim with Route, and once approved, we’ll reissue your order.

What if I didn’t purchase Route Protection and my package is lost or stolen?

Byrdhouse Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows they have been delivered to the address provided. Without Route Protection, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

How long does order processing take?

Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process. During sales, promotions, or new product launches, please allow up to 3 weeks due to high order volumes. If additional time is needed, we’ll email you with an update.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Please double-check your address (including apartment or suite numbers) before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, email info@byrdhousebeauty.com immediately. Address changes can only be made before your order is fulfilled.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the re-shipping fee. Byrdhouse Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or if it was not claimed at delivery, you will be responsible for the re-delivery shipping fee.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly. We may ship the available items and place the rest on backorder at no additional shipping cost to you. To stay updated on restocks, join our email list.
