Returns & Refunds
We make each product with love, just for you. Because of the nature of our goodies, all sales are final — but we’re always here if there’s a concern.
Defective or Missing Items
Oh no! If something arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please email us within 7 days at info@byrdhousebeauty.com so we can make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. Without it, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Processing Time
We hand-pack every order with care. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days (up to 3 weeks during sales or new launches).
Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Address Changes
Please double-check your address before checking out. If you spot an error, email us right away — once your order ships, we can’t make changes.
Returned Packages
If your package comes back to us, we’re happy to re-ship it! A new shipping fee will apply.
Out of Stock
If something you ordered is unavailable, we’ll let you know right away and send the rest as soon as possible at no extra charge.
